Welcome,
I’m a Career & High- Performance Coach trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), earning the Gold Standard of training by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
My passion is to help creative, talented, ambitious and highly-driven individuals navigate a life and career that feels right for them after a major life change. This can include going through a divorce, a break-up, a major illness, an accident, losing a loved one, redundancy or becoming a new parent.
You name it, there are an array of monumental events in our lives that can shake us to the core, which forces us to re-evaluate our work and life choices.
In early 2019, my life took a one-eighty and so did my values as a first time mother. Unexpectedly losing my father to a late diagnosis of stage four lung cancer, in the midst of my maternity leave became the final catalyst to review my working life in the corporate world, after sixteen years in the property industry.
With an avalanche of emotions and mid global pandemic, the affirmation ‘life is short’ shook me to the very core. As a natural born leader, I had successfully ran fourteen offices, motivated managers and sales teams alike to be high-flying achievers, building top performance team cultures. I owned a title, a lifestyle, and team I was proud of, but something was STILL missing, I didn’t know what at this point.
I sought help and I embarked on a six month pivoting journey with an Executive Coach. Single handedly, one of the best life-investments I’ve ever made. My mind was rebooted, I was motivated again and I came head on with my long lost skills. That’s when I found my coaching niche, leading and empowering others on a deeper level is part of my DNA. As cliché as it sounds, life is exciting once more and I feel ALIVE again.
Confidence
My own confidence and my inner strength returned. I overcame my own challenges and inner demons. This helped me refocus and juggle the many hats I wear everyday, yet still finding the time to sit and read a book a week- even as a working parent. Something I never thought would be possible.
